A.Ink (the "Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (the "Service").
Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information: information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact, or other description contained in the information, as well as data on appearance, fingerprints, or voiceprints, and information that can identify a specific individual from that information alone, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card (personal identification information).
Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows.

- To respond to inquiries from Users (including identity verification)
- To send emails about new features, updates, and campaigns of the service in use, and to provide information about other services offered by the Company
- To contact Users as necessary, such as for maintenance and important notices
- To identify Users who violate the Terms or attempt to use the Service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use
- To allow Users to view, change, or delete their own registration information and view their usage status
- To bill Users for usage fees in paid services
- Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Article 4 (Handling of Information in AI Technology)
[No Use for Training]
The Company does not use the prompts entered by Users into the Service, uploaded images, or created data such as plots (including Lore Cards) for training the Company's AI models.
[Transmission to External AI Services]
For content generation, the Service may transmit entered data via API to external AI providers such as Google (Gemini/Imagen). However, such transmission is performed with settings that prevent the data from being used for training (enterprise use or opt-out settings, etc.).
Article 5 (Change of Purpose of Use)
The Company shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the new purpose of use is related to the purpose before the change.
Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the User's prior consent, except where permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws.
- When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
- When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or a party entrusted by them in performing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the person's consent is likely to impede the performance of such affairs
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, in the following cases the recipient of the information shall not be deemed a third party.
- When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When, for payment processing, payment information is provided to a payment agent (such as PAY Inc.) to the extent necessary
Article 7 (Use of Cookies, etc.)
The Service may use access analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and Cookies, to improve user convenience. Users can disable Cookies through their browser settings, but in that case some functions of the Service may become unavailable.
