Content Guidelines

A.Ink aims to be a place where everyone can create, post, and read with peace of mind. These Guidelines set the standards for content that may be posted and published on the Service. They apply together with the Terms of Service (especially Articles 4 and 5), and content that violates these Guidelines may be unpublished, deleted, or result in account suspension without prior notice.

1. Scope of Permitted Expression

The Service covers expression ranging from all-ages to mild. We allow wholesome works as well as mild sexual or violent expression to the extent necessary for the story, but we do not handle explicit or extreme expression. Fully adult (explicit sexual, i.e., R18) content is not permitted.

2. Absolute Prohibitions

The following are prohibited in all cases, regardless of medium (live-action, illustration, AI-generated, or otherwise). Violations are dealt with strictly.

• Sexual depictions of children (strictly prohibited whether real, fictional, or AI-generated). Any expression that could constitute child pornography is firmly forbidden.
• Explicit sexual expression (e.g., uncensored genitalia or depictions of sexual acts).
• Sexual depictions of real persons, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes.
• Obscene material (Article 175 of the Penal Code).
• Cruel or grotesque expression that causes significant discomfort or harm to others.
• Discrimination or hate speech, defamation or harassment of specific individuals or groups.
• Expression that promotes or induces violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
• Any other content that violates laws or public order and morals.

3. Respect for Rights

You must not post content that infringes the copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, or other rights of others. Intentionally creating or publishing works that closely resemble specific famous characters or real persons is prohibited (Terms of Service, Article 4). Posters warrant that they hold the necessary rights themselves.

4. Handling of AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI image and story generation. Attribution and disclaimers for generated content follow Article 4 of the Terms. The AI generation pipeline is operated on the premise of all-ages safety filters, and prompts or outputs that seek child sexual depictions are not tolerated. When generated content is published, these Guidelines apply equally.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

If you find a work that may violate these Guidelines, please report it via the report function on the work's page. We review reports and, where necessary, take measures such as unpublishing or deleting the content and warning or suspending the poster. Depending on our assessment, we may coordinate with relevant authorities.

These Guidelines may be revised in line with applicable laws and operational circumstances. Please also review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
